FlexTime is a handy application that works as a timer for your daily activities. It is a routine scheduler that allows you to organize the time you spend on specific activities. With this tool, you can create as many routine activities as you want. They will be played back in the order they appear in the schedule list.
The program provides a simple and easy-to-manage interface. The left panel lists the schedule of your repetitive activities with time-related references for each task. Configuring a new activity is done easily – you just need to give a suggestive name to the newly-created task, set its duration, and choose a favorite cue to notify you when starting and finishing a specific activity. The cues you can select consist of playing a sound, running a script, displaying a message, or speaking aloud a custom text. While scripts and texts support customization, the sound to play can only be selected from a predefined list provided by the application, as the program doesn't support loading favorite tracks from your music library. You can also set intermediary notifications that will be played at specified time intervals between the start and the end of a task. Starting the sequence of activities is done manually, by clicking on the 'Start' button. Unfortunately, you don't have the ability to set a specific time for the activities to start automatically.
With easy-to-configure time settings, FlexTime is designed to help you schedule routine activities and stick to the time you determined for each task. The program is simple and intuitive so that anyone can use it with ease.
