This is the big brother to Flashcard Suite (Student Edition). It does everything the Student Edition does (create, edit, test flashcards in almost any language) but also allows you to publish your decks on the Internet so that your students (friends, colleagues, etc.) can test themselves on them from any browser without needing to buy Flashcard Suite.
