This program lets musicians collect fan contact information at shows (no internet required). All fan information is automatically saved to the user's desktop in a pre-formatted .csv file. The fields collected include: first name, last name, email, zip code, country, city, phone number, cell phone carrier, gender, birth year, MySpace URL, screen name. The musician can also set a default country and protect the admin with a password. The program can also run full screen, preventing fans from accessing the user's desktop.
