FamFetch

FamFetch is the general interface used to query the families databases developed using the HOBACGEN model.

The central panel of the window contains the list of the families that have been loaded. The familes are displayed by groups of 100. The app allows you to edit and use the a list of protein or DNA sequences selected from the currently selected tree.
