Export Address Book is the most flexible solution available for the Mac to export all the locally stored data from your Address Book into a data file. It’s the only Mac program of it’s kind that recognizes fields with custom labels and it is able to export them. It supports various export formats, like tab-separated text, CSV, HTML table and vCard (in Address Book, you cannot specify which fields to export when you create a vCard - in Export Address Book, you can).
