I have purchased Evil Genius in French a few years ago. I lost one of the CDs - the second one, in fact. I tried to install and it asked me for the second one to continue the installation. Is it possible to download this CD from somewhere? I really like this game!

I am afraid that you can't download the 2nd CD. You will need to purchase it again if you want to install the application properly. You can find this game on Amazon because it's in stock and available.
