The app worked fine, until it didn't. Eufy seems to be pushing users to the web solution, that just too bad. Shame on you, Eufy, you were doing great (emphasis on were, as in past tense).
This app no longer seems to work—it used to, but now seems defunct.
The App doesn´t have the same features than the IOS or Android App. You can only see and download the stored videos, but you can´t access the cameras in real time.
