Easy Translator lets you translate texts between 59 languages using "the power of Internet machine language translation engines".
The program will cost you nearly 60 Euro or 80 US Dollars. This price tag will get you a nice but quite standard GUI that lets you translate text you need between various languages. The GUI also has got many interface languages, making it useful internationally. A user can retrieve, copy and paste texts using various buttons just right above the text fields (copying it to the buffer, saving it, opening it from a file). I guess, the best feature of this program is its ability to print source and clean translated texts vs. you never know what will come out of translated texts in your web browser. Other than that, the program provides one interface for multiple online translation services available for free from huge corporations, therefore, it is as dependable as those online translation services.
Side note: the program requires an Internet connection to be operational, so why can't you just fire up your Internet browser and visit Babelfish or Google translate? And it will cost you nothing. I say, for 80 dollars that the developers are asking for this program, they should had included some off-line dictionaries, for at least most popular languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, German, French.
