DVDPlusTool

DVDPlusTool is a utility for use with DVD R(W) disk burners. It allows the user to set an option on the disk to improve compatibility with DVD readers and players.

This is also called 'compatibility bitsetting'. The tool also supports DVD RW background formatting.
