This application works with a wide variety of video and audio formats, lets you easily create playlists, and allows you to change the way it operates by using your Apple Remote Control.

You can use this Mac utility to load and play DVDs, ISO files, Blu-ray discs, and various multimedia formats within your local directories. The app lets you watch the input movies in full-screen or windowed mode, attach subtitles if needed, and much more.

I like the fact that you can set the program as the default media player for various formats (by going to the Preferences menu and configuring File Associations settings).

Another good aspect is that it provides you with numerous playback options. For example, you can select the proper sound output device and audio offset value, change subtitle font style and size, enable video hardware acceleration, etc.

Briefly, I'd say it's up you to decide whether it's worth buying this program for your Mac or not, especially when you can find similar apps that come without a price tag or are cheaper. Though, DVDFab Media Player offers various features and works flawlessly.
