I didn't know how to use the advanced option menu and I tried it out. But now, all my applications are open. Whatever I do to quit them doesn't work. Shutting it down forces that everything quits. Is there some other method to close all the opened applications?

To make sure that this won't happen again, start the Dockless application. After you did this, access the Advance menu and click the Close all selected applications button. This will automatically close all the applications that were opened through this tool. To make sure that you don't encounter this behavior anymore, unselect all the items from the Advance menu.
