Dock Designer is a free, powerful tool that lets you customize the design and look of your Mac OS X Dock on your own.
The program features: customizing 3D Dock Background (10.7 or higher), enable or disable transparent 3D and 2D Dock, add transparent separators for the Dock, customize 2D and 3D indicators (blue) (10.7 or higher), changing Dock style to 3D or 2D Dock and resetting changes.
