In order to solve the issue, I suggest you upgrade the application to the latest version. Be sure to remove the current version of the program before installing the new one.
There is no Mac OS 12.6, the latest version of Mac OS is 11.6. However, Disk Inventory X works on Mac OS 11.6, as stated on the program's website.
