This program is a disk usage utility developed for Mac users who wish to know exactly where all of their disk space has gone. The application helps you immediately identify the folders and files that occupy large chunks of space from your drives.

Disk Inventory X comes with an intuitive interface, allows you to analyze internal drives as well as external storage devices (flash drives, USB sticks, etc.), and provides you with the information you need within seconds. You also have access to an integrated help manual that teaches you how to use Disk Inventory X on your Mac.

All you need to do is to select the folder you wish to analyze and the program will do the rest. You will then have access to a graphic showing which folders and files use the largest chunks of memory on your drive. It also provides you with detailed info about which file formats use biggest amount of disk space.

Another great aspect is that the program provides you with various details regarding your files. For instance, the app shows the following info for a video file: format type, size, owner, folder location, name of the default app for opening the file, etc.

In my testing, everything worked perfectly. The application offered me the information I needed within moments and the details were accurate. So, if you're looking for an efficient way to analyze your disk space, this program might be the solution for you.
