DigWords is an enjoyable game very similar to Scrabble in which you must form words with the letters given and place them on a board. The words you create must interact with the words you already put on the board by sharing letters or by extending words. Every game has 12 rounds and in each round you will be given 7 new letters to create words. If you play against another player, both players get the same letters.
The game offers four modes: Solo Play (you play solo at your own pace), Online Play (you compete with other players online), Vs Computer (you play against the computer), and Challenge (you must beat the target score). If you play any of the competition modes, every player will play with their own board and the player who scores more points wins. The game is not timed, so you can take your time to think the best word. If you have trouble finding a word, you can shuffle the letters and you can also ask for a suggestion. The game features nice graphics and sounds, but unfortunately, no music.
In short, if you are looking for a very enjoyable word game to pass the time, DigWords can be a nice choice.
