DesktopUtility is a productivity program that provides you with a quick way to complete system-related tasks on your Mac. You can use this utility to immediately restart your Dock or Finder tools, force empty Trash, reveal hidden system files on your Mac, and so much more.
The tool features a simple and nicely-designed interface that displays 7 buttons (Hide Desktop, Show Invisible Files, Show User Library, Restart Finder, Restart Dock, Restart MenuBar, and Force Empty Trash). Simply select the type of task you wish to complete and the program will take care of the rest.

To be honest, I can't find a single bad thing to say about this program. It does exactly what's being said on the homepage of the developer, without using many CPU resources or requiring advanced computer skills.
