With Desktop eForms' annotation feature, you can add notes to a form.
Templates contain the framework, the intelligence features, and the graphic elements of a form.

Blank forms that you fill out are created from ITX Form Templates or Desktop Form templates. Both types of templates can reside in an eForms Central library.
