Dark Parables: The Little Mermaid and the Purple Tide Collector's Edition is a puzzle game where your objective is to investigate the appearance of a purple tide on the shores of a village. On your journey you will meet fascinating characters, explore nicely-drawn locations, and solve various puzzles.
As you can see on the homepage of the publisher, this app was selected as Editor's choice because of the amount of good reviews received from other users. The game brings you stunning artworks and cinematics, a fitting background music, and dozens of mini-challenges.
What's more, being a Collector's Edition, this app also provides you with extra features, including bonus chapter, amazing wallpapers and music files, and a very useful strategy guide.
Another good aspect about this puzzle game is the fact that it brings you a very fascinating storyline filled with numerous plot changes and amazingly drawn characters (the sea creature, mermaids, villagers, etc.). You can choose between two display modes: Fullscreen and Windowed; personally, I prefer the first one to be able to see all the details from the locations I get to explore.
Briefly, Dark Parables: The Little Mermaid and the Purple Tide Collector's Edition is an entertaining and addictive game that offers you many hours of gameplay. And since it comes with a reasonable cost, I can't find any reason why you shouldn't buy it for your computer.
