Dapper

Dapper is an application that copies your iTunes music and playlists to your digital audio player. It supports just about any player that allows its storage to be seen by your Mac as a drive, either directly or via an app such as SyncMate.

Using a simple slider, you can select which artists will be copied to which storage device and see in real time what amount of storage will be used.
