Cycling is a great activity. Along with the exercise, you get to enjoy the great outdoors...except when you can't.
Unfortunately, for many of us, indoor cycling is something we have to deal with if we want to keep our cycling legs.
Create a new workout and add all the intervals you want to do. You can set your power, cadence, and the length of time for each interval. In addition, you can pick a playlist from iTunes that you want to listen to during each interval.
