Covered is a download manager designed for Mac users who wish to organize their iTunes library by finding and attaching artwork to all songs, movies, and TV shows. This application is extremely simple to handle, brings an efficient search utility, and immediately offers you the illustrations you need.
You can easily find the artwork files you require. All you need to do is enter the keywords correspondent to the title of your song, video or TV show and the program displays all found illustrations. Then, you can preview the results and download only the ones that match your requirements.
An important advantage is the fact that you can choose your preferred location (United States, Australia, Brazil, UK, etc.) and the app will display only the artwork released for the selected country (with text written in the correspondent language).
The one thing that's bothering me about this Mac application is the fact that it lets you save the downloaded illustrations to only one output format (JPG). Though, you can use Mac's default image viewer (Preview app) to export the artwork to other formats, like PNG, TIFF or PDF.
Other than that, not much more can be said about this program as it does exactly what's being stated on the homepage of the developer: find and download artwork. So, I'd say it's worth installing Covered if you ever need a Mac tool for the aforementioned task. What's more, the app is free of charge.
