Copy Space is intended to increase your productivity by expanding your system’s built-in clipboard features.

In this sense, it simplifies copy-paste operations while also keeping a history of your copied items. Besides, it allows synchronizing clipboard contents across multiple devices.

The utility is very unobtrusive as it can be set to start along with your system and run from the Menu Bar. Luckily, it supports any kind of clipboard contents, including entire files, text, images and links. It is also good that it not only responds to the common keyboard shortcuts, but allows dragging and dropping items as well. Moreover, you can assign tags and even custom letter shortcuts to each item.

An additional feature you can acquire as in-app purchase is the possibility to synchronize keyboard contents across multiple devices. For this purpose, the utility supports storing data on OneDrive. Unluckily, you cannot choose a different cloud storage service. Besides, it may take some time for the copied elements to appear in the remote device.

All in all, Copy Space can make using the clipboard a lot easier. However, you need to know that its developer is planning to shut down the project this year and launch a new similar application. The product is available from the Mac App Store at no cost. Still, as said above, the syncing feature should be bought separately.
