I have accidentally deleted Syncrosoft license control program from the application. What am I supposed to do to get it back?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. I mean you should uninstall the main application, because the license control program is bundled with. This way you will also re-install the license software as well as the main program. The license control program needs to be configured again after this process.
