I compiled the demo client app in C on XCode 7.1 / El Capitan. The client runs, but can't find Charter.app itself, which doesn't launch.
Q1. Any chance this will be resolved soon? Q2. Any chance for a Swift API version? Any chance for a library version?
P.S. congrats on this VERY NEAT IDEA. Truly a simple way to add plotting capabilities to apps that one is developing without needing to be a graphical programming (Or Core Plot) specialist.

According to the compatibility information found on the App Store, the Charter App requires OS X 10.7 or later, 64-bit processor which means it should run on El Capitan just fine. The developer doesn't give much information about the libraries and the software and tutorials or documentation doesn't exist.
However, on his website there is an email address posted that you can use to contact him. He should provide a more detailed answer regarding your inquiry: http://pbosetti.github.io/Charter/
