Change Case

Change Case is a utility to translate plain text into different cases.
Case conversion types include:
- Diacritical characters - all accents (e.g.

acutes, graves, umlauts, etc) are removed from the characters, leaving their plain counterparts.
- Invert Case - what was UPPERCASE is now lowercase, and vice versa.
- Lowercase - whatever the case was before, it is now lowercase.
