Cerebro is an effective system for project management with a broad set of tools for collaborative work on visual content. Cerebro is mostly used by advertising agencies, VFX facilities, post-production companies, web designers and freelance artists. The administrative tools of Cerebro cover planning, reporting, budgeting and communication with clients while the creative toolset makes it easier to deliver, share and review media files. The main principle – opportunity to talk with colleagues in their own language. For example, managers can’t use Photoshop but can easily explain the issues to designers using Cerebro – drawings, text stickers, adding audio comments directly over a picture, layout or video. And designers do not have to fiddle with Excel reports, as far as reports are generated automatically. The interaction between designers and managers is improving, the iterations of edits are reducing and, as a result, productivity is growing.
