I need help with my problem. I use a Mac, and I've made the document with CarrierEditor. But when I'm going to drag the document inside iTunes and restore, I can't use the document because it's grayed out. What can I do to get this to work?

If the document is greyed out, it means it's not supported. Most likely you have a Sprint phone, and Sprint is not supported. Additionally, if you've designed a logo but used another model from the list and you actually have something else, again it will not work. Always use the model you have and then check if it's supported. For additional information, contact the developer using the following email address: kevin@uhelios.com.
