Boxr

Boxr is a note app companion for your Mac and Dropbox. With this tool, your notes, to-do lists, and ideas are kept in sync through the Dropbox folders stored on your Mac.

You just load and select which folder you would like to sync and then all your notes are accessible as plain text files directly in the chosen folder.
