This is a screensaver version of a program I had on the Apple ][, called "Drip". Little blue blocks drop from the top and fill the screen up.
What's new in this version:
Pressing the tab key will restart with a new field. Also added (optionally) shading the drips from dark to light blue, giving an interesting effect.
