I'm trying to download Bluestacks on my Apple laptop, but it won't open once downloaded. My Mac is up to date, but I couldn't get past this window that pops up where there is just a whole bunch of writing I don't understand.

Make sure you download and install up-to-date version of BlueStacks.
I'm using Bluestacks and I want to upload some pictures to Instagram but I get a message that the SD card is full. How can I delete files from the SD card to be able to upload pictures using a Mac?

It doesn't matter if you have Windows or Mac, you can manage the files on the SD card using the application you install in the Bluestacks application. If you have added a Google account, install ES File Manager and then you can manage all the files. Practically, the ES File Manager allows you to delete files from your SD card.
