Black Rainbow

Black Rainbow is a puzzle game where your objective is to guide the heroine, Helen Stone, on her journey through the Amazon forests.

On your quest, you'll need to complete a wide variety of puzzles, collect clues, and explore plenty of locations.

After you create a player profile and configure the game settings accordingly, the app lets you choose from three gameplay modes (Casual, Adventure, and Challenge). I like that during the first stage of the game you have access to a very helpful tutorial that teaches you how to explore locations, use your journal, and much more.

Some puzzles might seem a bit difficult to some people, however, the app provides you with a detailed description where you learn how to complete the given riddles. Another good thing is that your gameplay progress is automatically saved.

The only aspect that I don't like is the fact that you cannot create more than one player profile.

All in all, this game is suitable only for users over the age of 18 because of its violent animations and graphics. However, for adults it might seem a fitting solution for spending spare time in front of their Macs. Black Rainbow brings you a captivating storyline, provides you with dozens of riddles, and comes with a fair price.
