Bitrate Starter is an app that allows you to encode your video file.

Use this application to help you determine starting video and audio bitrates to encode your video file.

You can specify the frame dimensions, frame rate, video codecs (AVC/H.264, On2 VP6-E, On2 VP6-S, Sorenson Spark), audio codecs (AAC, MP3), motion complexity, and scene complexity.
