Bigasoft BlackBerry Video Converter is a commercial video converter. It can be used to convert video files to formats that can be played by BlackBerry phones. If you are a BlackBerry user, you probably know that some formats just can't be played on your phone. The formats that it can play are 3GP, AVI, MPEG-4 and, in some cases, WMV. This converter can output files in all of those formats.

To convert a file, all you have to do is load it into the application, select a conversion profile from the drop-down menu and click on the "start" button. If you want to further customize the conversion settings, there is a pane on the right part of the screen (which you have to activate by clicking on "settings"). It lets you change the resolution, codec, bitrate, audio codec and bitrate, and more.

The app comes with a video editor. It allows you to trim and crop your videos, adjust their brightness, contrast and saturation and apply some effects to them.

In my testing, I trimmed a 720p MKV video to a 1-minute clip and then converted it to MPEG-4. The process took a little less than 30 seconds and the resulting file looked pretty good. However, the audio was out of sync. I tried with a different file, this time an AVI file, and the problem persisted.
