You use this Program as an aide to your war gaming. Its 2500x2500 pixel tabletop, you provide the artwork for the board, it has chits (you also provide the Art) also Modules exist, you can download them. It has Cards, and Dice. Its an attempt at bringing Avalon Hill type Games (hex/chit) to the PC.
