AudioMate 1.1

AudioMate integrates with Growl and Mountain Lion's (10.8) Notification Center to report the following activity:
✔ An audio device becomes available or unavailable
✔ An audio device's sample rate changes
✔ An audio device's clock source changes
In addition to that, AudioMate allows you to change your audio device sample rate, clock source, and display the current sample rate of your selected device in the status bar — very convenient!
★ System Notifications ★
Every time an audio device appears or disappears, or when its sample rate or source clock changes, AudioMate will display a system notification (in 10.7 Growl is required for system notifications to work).
★ Sample Rates ★
Each audio device supports a different range of sample rates and AudioMate aims to support them all beautifully!
★ Clock Sources ★
Easily switch from internal to external clock sources (i.e., Word Clock, AES, ADAT, S/PDIF, etc.) and vice versa. (Requires support from the audio device)
★ Show current sample rate on status bar ★
AudioMate allows you to display your selected audio device's sample rate in the status bar.
If the selected audio device becomes unavailable (i.e., when an external USB or FireWire audio device is unplugged), AudioMate preserves your selection until the next time it becomes available — smart!
