AudioExtractor

Audio Extractor makes possible to extract from your own DVDs AC3 and 16bit LPCM audio tracks, converting them into AIFF and/or WAV, with or without 44.1 kHz resampling.
Please note that VLC media player is required to enable encrypted DVD support: AE itself is not able to decrypt protected DVDs in any way.
