ASCon-A is a free utility for converting text between Mac OS and Windows. ASCon-As ease-of-use, fast conversion speed, its ability to convert files, direct user input and clipboard contents makes it the tool of choice for everybody, who has to convert text between the two major computing platforms. Together with Apple's AppleScript its easy to call ASCon-As text conversion directly from within many applications.

ASCon-A 2.0.2 for Mac OS X adds full support for Mac OS X 10.2.x. ASCon-A is also available for Mac OS 9 and for Windows.
