Arkanoid: Space Ball is a nice arkanoid game with a space theme which offers lots of goodies to make the game very enjoyable and exciting. For starters, the game is different from the traditional arkanoid game because in this one you move the paddle vertically instead of horizontally. The goal of the game is to destroy all the bricks to proceed to the next level and accumulate as many points as possible by breaking bricks, destroying objects and catching power-ups.
The game includes a great variety of bricks. Some of them are easily destroyed with one hit and others are stronger and require more than one hit to be destroyed. The red animated bricks are those containing bonuses. There is a great variety of power-ups and -downs which you can learn about from the Help section of the game or by activating the tutorial. Power-downs are red, so it is easy to recognize them in case you want to avoid them. There are also lots of enemy objects which will try to prevent you from wining, so you should avoid them. The game offers simple but nice graphics and sounds, and suitable music.
All in all, if you want an enjoyable and challenging arkanoid game to pass the time, Arkanoid: Space Ball can be an interesting choice.
