AppDotNotify is a status bar item for Mountain Lion that will generate a notification any time you are mentioned on the app.net service.

This application uses app.net alpha APIs. These may change at any time. You will be asked to grant access to this application via your browser. alpha.app.net does not appear to have an interface for revoking API access at this time.
