This utility is more than its name implies. Besides helping you permanently remove programs from your computer, this tool also enables you to delete extensions and files that were left behind after uninstalling a tool incorrectly.
App Uninstaller comes with a user-friendly interface, an efficient search tool, and various tool sorting options. It immediately analyzes your system and reveals 3 lists: Applications, Extensions, and Remains.
All you need to do is to select the utility or file you wish to delete from your Mac and click the "Remove" button. A good thing is that you have access to an option to permanently delete the files in question, without sending them to Trash. This makes it impossible for unauthorized users to recover the deleted data.
The only thing you need to consider before buying this product is that you can find cheaper solutions, and I don't mean the "drag X to Trash" option. There are actual Mac utilities that help you permanently remove programs from your computer at no cost. The downside is that they might not offer you the same advantages as App Uninstaller does. For example, they don't feature the ability to delete leftover files.
So, it's up to you to decide, based on your needs, if it's worth buying this product for your Mac or look for other solutions.
