Annotations App is an application that lets you annotate (mark-up) images and photos without changing the image data.
The program provides you with a broad range of image annotation objects, including note, text, geometric shapes, rulers, audio, and video. Operations like scale, translate, rotate, flip, and reverse can be performed on a single object or group of objects.
