Adding Apples is a very nice educational game for small children. It can be used to help kids practice their counting and addition skills by letting them interact with apples on the screen. The kids can click on the apples and move them around, separate them or arrange them any way they want to make counting them easier.

The game itself is quite simple. You will see the numbers from 1 to 9 at the bottom of the screen. When you click on a number, that quantity of apples will be added to the top of the screen. Then, you can click on the plus sign and on another number to add more apples. The second batch of apples will be different than the first one to help in the counting process. After the second batch has been put on the screen, you can click on the apples to wrap them and put them away. Once your kid has counted the apples and is sure about the number, he can click on the correct answer on the right. If he is right, he will be given a coin for each apple. The numbers that you chose from the bottom pane will be replaced by a checkmark to illustrate that the answer was correct. When the kid gets all the numbers right, the game is over and you can start playing again.

Adding Apples is a basic game but it boasts a great graphical design. The 3D apples look great, the interface is responsive and it looks absolutely great and there are sounds and voice recordings available.
