Abulafia

Abulafia is a free and easy-to-use ebook creation tool for Mac. It can generate ebooks that are compatible with Kindle, iBooks, Nook, and many other readers.

This app uses standard, non-proprietary HTML format for its working files (book chapters, etc.), and includes a built-in WYSIWYG editor for editing them.
