4k Stogram is a program designed to help Mac users back up pictures and videos from their Instagram accounts. You can also work with this simple application to fetch photos and clips from other Instagram users and save them on your computer for later.
The utility provides you with a straightforward interface, so even users with little computer experience can easily handle it. All you need to do is provide the URL address of the account from where you wish to download photos, and then click the Follow button.
You can always change the destination directory for the downloaded content. If you do that, the program asks you whether it's important to copy the already downloaded photos and videos to your new output folder.
Still, the application comes with several flaws. For instance, it supports only two output formats (JPEG for pictures and MP4 for videos) and it fails to download photos or clips individually (it can only download all Instagram posts from a selected user).
If the aforementioned disadvantages don't mean much to you and you just need a program to back up your Instagram account uploads, 4k Stogram is the app you need. Otherwise, I'd suggest you to look for other solutions when it comes to downloading pictures and videos from Instagram accounts.
