Zepheer is a program designed for Mac systems that helps you beautify your favorite pictures with minimum effort. You can also work with this application whenever you wish to prepare multiple photos for a picture collage or album and need them all to fit the same pattern.
The utility works with various image formats, such as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, and many others. You can choose from a wide range of visual effects, crop the input files if necessary, and even add a frame to the pictures.

The only thing I don't like about this program is that it supports a small amount of output formats (PNG, JPEG, and JPEG-2000).
