Developed by Bare Bones Software, Yojimbo is an application designed to help MacOS users to clean the mess on their computer's desktop and organize the files and folders.
Thanks to an intuitive GUI, with well-organized tabs and panels, and beautifully crafted icons, it's quite easy to navigate through the main menu. Yet, it does lack some extra skin themes, but this is just a minor inconvenience.

The app has integrates built-in support for synchronizing data among more than one Mac computers, through the iCloud.

It provides support for fullscreen and high-resolution Retina displays and includes Touch ID. Also, when viewing a PDF item, commands are enabled even whenthe keyboard focus isn't in the PDF view itself.

More, in case you need guidance there a "Yojimbo Help" button in the Help menu where you can find in-depth informatation about various features.

In conclusion, Yojimbo is a cool program to use if you want to organize the files and folders of your operating system. The program does, however, cost a bit too much.
