X-Mirage is a desktop application, designed to serve iOS devices, that fills the users' need to stream their personal media content to their PC through an AirPlay server. Once the program is installed, you have to enable the AirPlay function on the source device and you're good to go.
It comes wrapped in an intuitive interface, with well-delimited zones, and has large button icons. Yet, the button's font looks pretty basic and it could be improved with a more stylish font style and color. Also, at times, the response to user actions can become sluggish.
Moving on to its functionalities, X-Mirage comes with a wide variety of features. As a user, you are able to use the AirPlay function to stream or share content from your Apple devices to a Mac. More than that, if an occasion arises, you can mirror multiple devices and invite your friends to play games on the same computer.
Additionally, it includes a recording function that can be used to create demo videos, record lessons and iOS games, or use your voice to make unique tutorials.
To sum it up, X-Mirage is a cool tool to use if you want to stream and create content on your Mac computer. The price could've been lower, but at the end of the day good things come at a price.
