I don't recall downloading or installing this program on my computer. What is used for? Can I delete if I don't actively use it or does it work in the background without having to launch the application? When I tried to open the application it "quit unexpectedly" while trying to open. The application is ActiveState ActiveTcl VFS Explorer, Copyright 2012 version 8.5.
