SnapsCleaner is an easy-to-use Mac application that allows you to remove the metadata of your JPEG images in a very simple manner. This tool can come in handy if you are a photographer or if you deal with image databases and you don't want to have any trouble while exchanging your image files.

Removing the metadata of your JPEG photos with the help of SnapsCleaner is very easy. All you have to do (after launching this application) is to simply select what to remove and provide the source and destination folders. You can easily set this software to remove the EXIF and XMP data, ICC profiles, any comments they might contain and much more with just a few clicks of a mouse.

In addition to removing the metadata of your image files, SnapsCleaner also helps you verify and correct your photos by removing the Photoshop metadata (IPTC) and decompressing the images for testing. You can even choose to delete the source files after processing so that you won't have to repeat the process in case you will need the same image files at a later time.

All in all, if you can't find a program that allows you to easily remove and verify the metadata for your JPEG image files, then you should give SnapsCleaner a try.
