Retina Icon Binder is a tiny and beautiful application to convert any image to a icon-file for the retina display.
Simply drag and drop any image into the app and then drag and drop your created icon from the app. The program supports the following image formats: psd, png, jpg, tiff and pdf.

It works great, my Icon is transparent now, but if I want to change the icon of a folder, I open the information window and I want to copy and paste the icon at the top left, but there's only the icon for a normal photo. So I can't paste the transparent icon to the Folder icon.
